PinkPantherLabs
Terms of service
Draft updated 21 August 2026. Requires professional legal review before production launch.
1. Provider and scope
These draft terms are intended to govern consumer use of At Our Table, provided by PinkPantherLabs [LEGAL FORM AND FULL REGISTERED NAME]. The production version must identify the contracting entity and applicable territory precisely.
2. The service
At Our Table is a household meal-planning tool offering personalized dinner suggestions, shared shopping lists, cooking guidance, meal feedback, optional receipt-based grocery tracking and connected family logins. Availability and individual features may change where reasonably necessary to maintain or improve the service.
3. Account and household responsibility
The household owner is responsible for account accuracy, invited members and the authority to create profiles for children. Credentials must not be shared outside the connected household. Child accounts receive restricted permissions and may manage only their own personal meals.
4. Trial, price and renewal
The launch offer is a 14-day free trial followed by a recurring subscription of €7.99 per month. Stripe Checkout shows the final price, taxes where applicable, renewal date and payment method before purchase. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, the subscription renews automatically each month.
5. Cancellation and withdrawal
Subscribers can cancel through the billing portal. Access normally continues until the end of the paid period. The final terms must contain a legally reviewed German/EU withdrawal instruction, model withdrawal form, digital-content consent language and any mandatory cancellation-button process.
6. Food, allergy and AI limitations
Recipes and receipt extractions may be generated using AI and can contain mistakes. Users must verify packaged labels, quantities, allergens, cross-contamination, safe cooking and receipt totals. At Our Table does not provide medical, nutritional or financial advice and is not an emergency service.
7. Acceptable use
Users must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful material, interfere with other households or use generated content in a way that violates another person's rights.
8. Availability, liability and consumer rights
The final version must set service-availability expectations and liability limitations that preserve all mandatory consumer rights. No draft limitation here should be interpreted as excluding liability that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Termination, law and disputes
The final terms must define suspension and termination, the applicable law, competent courts and consumer-dispute information after review of the operator's exact legal identity and launch territory.
